wake up at 630am
coffee and water
1pm workout
around 330 I either need to eat a few slices of salami or I just eat nothing (lots of water though)
5pm eat giant dinner with dessert
if I get the munchies from my extra curricular activities Ill eat a piece of toast at like 930
sleep at 10-11

rinse repeat

Sounds good. 5 pm is perfect for the 1 meal.
