I watched Gundam Wing a few years back and remember like nothing about it. I know that sometimes happens with shows one saw a while back but I usually remember at least the basic plot and some characters. Wing however like completely fell out of my memory.

Main kid Heero and the four members of the pretty boy squad go to Earth to fight one sided battles, blow up their own Gundams for no reason and generally try to cash in on the female viewing audience. Plot is paper thin and character actions are frequent head scratchers (see below) but the robot designs and music are good.

For example, the girl claims sovereignity and takes up a stance of total pacifism...while other characters are fighting a war of attrition to keep her mansion from being destroyed by outside forces...
