Frankly, he bullshit and embellish so much of his story, that even Nolan called him out. In one of the more recent videos, Nolan said he didn't remember it happening in the way Troy was saying as Nolan was there watching the scene being film. Benefit of the doubt: There's a big difference between playing in your home by yourself and playing somewhere foreign, while on film, with someone with you and a huge audience watching. Most people perform worse under those conditions.
