They should just disassociate the NCAA from universities tbh.

Athletic scholarships are like the starving kids in Africa problem. Lots of those kids don't even want to go to college, and many of them have no business there.

There's nothing wrong with not being a scholar, but the sad part is how many of them are in remedial "tutoring" to save their required academic status, with the tutors being instructed on penalty of termination to give them passing marks no matter how poorly they do. It's a mockery of the whole concept of education.
