| MrSmartGuy 04/27/20 3:08:39 PM #29: | Protagonists: 4. Makoto - God he's awful. I really enjoy him when he's not who you're controlling, but I really prefer my main characters to have a brain. He's so so bad. 3. Kaede - It pains me to place her at #3, but the other two protags are just so good. I had to place her this low by virtue of not having nearly as much screen time. 2. Shuichi - I actually didn't like Shuichi much when I first started controlling him. It takes until Case 4 or 5 that he finally gets some true character development. 1. Hajime - Probably a dark horse for most people, but Hajime is easily the protag I relate to the most.
