Make it part of your life and DONT DEVIATE yeah I just spam pullups like him except I dont use any weights. Oh, and I eat whatever fried/sugary crap I can get my hands on. Still got my 6-pack abs after 5 years of not giving a s*** and maintaining the same weight all this time (ok I did lose like 10kg in the middle of the last 2 years or so). But seriously, it's not hard. Once you've reached a peak in musculuarity...it kinda just....stays there so long as you remain consistent. I've gone back to the gym months after not visiting and could still bench the same weight as I did 7 years ago (back when I was a gym obsessed rat) ... Copied to Clipboard! |
