Austin comes out and asks if he heard Cena correctly that he implied they were on the same level? He can see Cena just fine, he just apparently can't hear him....what? What? What? Tensions mount very quickly...and are broken when B8WL Assistant GM Miz comes out! It's electric seeing these two guys in the ring together, and there's a free spot on the KoT card now that there's a bye....would these fans like to see Cena v. Austin in a dream match? It turns out they would. Cena and Austin shake on it....and Austin boots Cena in the gut! Stunner! Flowey and Mettaton jump Nick on the apron, but Matt stays focused and busts out some flippydoos on Asgore. Asgore shoves him backwards and wobbles back to his corner to tag Flowey. I'm not sure myself how Flowey wrestles, but apparently he does it well enough to get a takedown. I'm picturing him hopping around like Piranha Plant in Smash. Mettaton kicks Matt in the back of the head, and Omega hits the V-Trigger on Mettaton, and it's pandemonium in the arena! Even Alphys and Cody show up to get involved in the melee! The ref calls for the bell! DOUBLE DQ -You, Me, and DuPree are on the way to the ring! Bang points out that no matter how many titles they pick up, no matter how many butts @XIII_rocks kicks, people never give them enough respect. Referee Sam Calhoun checks Bang's boot....and Bison hits a Psycho Crusher on HHH! ....Cover! 1.....2.....3! Cosmere All-Stars (Lord Ruler, Bleeder, and The Assassin In White) The LotR lads receive a warm response, but they are facing some powerful foes here. The Lord Ruler moves deceptively fast, taking down Aragorn quickly. Legolas cuts in to scare him off, and Ruler tags out to Assassin instead. Assassin hits a running dropkick that looked kinda low! Unfortunately Legolas tags in properly this time, and retaliates with a swift kick of his own. Legolas and Gimli stomp on Assassin in the corner, and Aragorn is tagged back in, rather inadvisably. Big slam, tag back to Legolas again. Assassin collects himself enough to escape to friendly turf and tag in Bleeder. Gimli intercepts, and tag is made to Aragorn. He gets a rake to the eyes, and Lord Ruler gets the tag. Aragorn connects with a flailing haymaker of an uppercut! Looks nasty but the Lord Ruler just smiles at it! Standing dropkick, tag to Assassin in White. He runs right into...The Rings of Fellowship! Nearly a submission, but Assassin reaches the ropes....Aragorn drags him into the center of the ring and re-applies it! .....The Assassin taps! Winners: Fellowship of the Ring -That's YMD's music! They'll be facing the Fellowship in round two...out come Goldberg and Iskandar. They step into the ring....and attack the Fellowship! Goldberg fights off Legolas and Gimli while Iskandar targets the weakened Aragorn. ....Ionioi Hetairoi! Aragorn is torn up real bad! YMD's heavies retreat, their damage done, and Legolas and Gimli huddle over their fallen friend. Round one is now complete! To review the bracket: Randoms v. MLMF (Tonight!) Team Strife v. Knights (Tonight!) BYE YMD v. Fellowship ....I'm amused that all three heel stables made the round of 8 6.
