Mirror Temple kinda sounds if Hotel California were elevator music (as good as that sounds, I'm not a fan). Nowadays, I don't really enjoy symphonic music as much if it doesn't have much melodic substance, and Chasing Daybreak is kinda meh for me. This match is kinda meh for me. Match 2: Midnight Lady somehow reminds me of both Sonic and Drift Stage, very '80s dance-ish. Thermosphere has that late-'90s/early-'00s synth used in a lot of VGM from that era that I love very much. Better match, Thermosphere is the highlight of today not counting TB. ToC: Still not a close match at all. Douwa Kairou is neat and all, but it just doesn't feel like retiree material to me, whereas Flaming Bonds is a great example of why Go Shiina is such a great composer. --- Placeholder signature until ImgTC comes back online ...
