My weight loss journey started February of 2019. I started off at 320 pounds and the worst shape of my life. Over the next year, I lost over 140 pounds and got down to 175 at my lowest. Since this pandemic, my diet has been shit and my weight has gradually been going back up :(

Im still finding time to get 30 minutes of cardio in a day, but my weight training has been nonexistent since the gyms closed. Ive gotten back up 185 which is depressing as hell. I have like no motivation to have a clean diet being inside 24/7

One thing that has helped me is reading topics like this and weight loss topics on reddit. If I'm constantly reminded about it, it changes my mentality and keeps me on track.
