LameFAQs 04/17/20 3:06:01 PM #266: | My weight loss journey started February of 2019. I started off at 320 pounds and the worst shape of my life. Over the next year, I lost over 140 pounds and got down to 175 at my lowest. Since this pandemic, my diet has been shit and my weight has gradually been going back up :( Im still finding time to get 30 minutes of cardio in a day, but my weight training has been nonexistent since the gyms closed. Ive gotten back up 185 which is depressing as hell. I have like no motivation to have a clean diet being inside 24/7 ... Copied to Clipboard! |
