Like sitting out a turn isn't a penalty because your other 2 units nowadays are doing so much damage it's not like losing 1 attack is gonna be a big deal. The new Nappa/Vegeta LR has an active mechanic where Nappa evades all attacks for a turn: Lowers own ATK by 50% and evades enemy's attack (including Super Attack) for 1 turn; can be activated starting from the 3rd turn from the start of battle (once only) So Gohan not attacking for a turn is actually worse than Nappa's active skill since he only gets 50% less attack! --- skull ...
