I'll admit, the crunches were a soft attempt at getting some rest so I'll switch those up with bicycle crunches and throw in some planks too for core. I'll also throw in the calf raises too. Anyone got a reputable site thats still selling kettle bells? I'm looking on Ebay but I cant pull the trigger on anything that I see because I'm worried about getting scammed ...
