The silly girl is rather annoying and Katara's at her worst, but Sokka has some great lines and the climax with the volcano is really well choreographed. Can get why the "town of stupid people" episodes are at the bottom - it's the least interesting episode dynamic. I would have a separate tier for TGD and Avatar Day. The only episodes that are plain bad.
