Maybe I'm a bit of a hypocrite, but it feels like even that role is incomplete - she never winds up getting with Cloud. Maybe if that were closed better, I'd feel less... ambivalent. I'm guessing Remake will make you feel better about that because it clearly builds up Cloud/Tifa as a power couple in a way the original didn't, but the original kept Cloud's true feelings ambivalent and up to the player. All the FFVII stuff afterwards has clearly made Cloud/Tifa canon because they paired off Aerith with Zack. --- ... Copied to Clipboard! |
