BreezyExcursion 04/06/20 9:42:11 PM #161: | have had a few days of no knee pain, but i can tell there is some weakness and that it could come back if i'm not careful. experimenting with 2 runs per day, and seeing if my knee likes this more than 7+ miles all at once. 5mi @ 7:30 2.5mi @ 9:24 one immediate advantage i notice about doubling is that i can mentally compartmentalize the day better. like pre-injury if i wanted to do a 7 mile day with a 5 mile tempo, i would end up hammering the 2 easy miles anyway. this should be a good way to up my mileage without hurting myself because i'm too stupid to run an hour without hurting myself. --- gm ...
