This is why I run on a treadmill ffs. That and because the outside world is scary.

Just a heads up: certain muscle groups get ignored when you run on a treadmill vs outside because you're not pushing as much as you're "catching up to the ground". IIRC the general recommendation is to put your treadmill at a 2% incline when you run so those muscles get an equivalent amount of work,
