That many pushups has been starting to bother my elbows, and I want to hit my tris not my chest so much, hopefully skullcrushers address both issues That's been my main issue doing pushups. I van do near 60 straight but the next day my elbows are shot. So now I do 20, rest for about an hour or more, then do another 20, rinse and repeat. However, even with that strategy, my elbows still give out after about a week. It sucks getting older. --- the polyfilla way look strong in the weakness of the gaps ... Copied to Clipboard! |
