Must feel a lot lighter on your feet.Tbh, everyone was saying the whole time "wow, you must feel so much better, lighter, more energetic, etc" I gotta be honest, I didnt really start feeling it until the last 30 ibs or so. Until that point, I pretty much felt the same. Granted, I knew I WASNT. Numbers dont lie. Scale went down, speed/distance went up, weights lifted went up, etc. But I didnt really FEEL any different. Then it hit me like a ton of bricks. One day, it was like a switch flipped, and all of a sudden, on my days off I'll just get hit by this insatiable urge to do something, andit wont go away until I go run 5k or something. Its... odd. It's almost annoying, at times, if I'm being honest, lol. Weird to complain about, I guess, but its like... I'm trying to play persona 5 royal, dammit, I dont wanna work out right now! --- Haven't had a good sig idea since 2006 ... Copied to Clipboard! |
