Didn't do switch fitness boxing with the gf today, maybe tomorrow. Also had 4 light beers tonight smh
Curls to palms in shoulder press 3x5
Normal shoulder press 3x8
Two arm triceps extension 3x15
Upright row 3x10
One arm rows 3x10 each arm
Alternating hammer curls 3x20 (10 each arm)

Two to three times a week, I try to do every other day with the occasional extra rest day thrown in.
