The singer in this one is Emi Evans, and I think she's just harmonizing with herself. She got a starring role in the original Nier, had some guest appearances in Drakengard 3, and shared the spotlight with a few other singers in Nier Automata but very much retained a central role. And she's the one who writes the lyrics to the chaos language, too!
