I thought I'd re-post the updated spreadsheet, as it contains some revised scores I thought you'd like to be aware of. Yeah, most of the recent music is stuff that should have been scored a little lower.... stuff has been kind of a mess, but I'm starting to get much more organized now!

138) Umineko no Naku Koro ni Chiru 6 - Life
https://youtu.be/GbqYuTZFDKk
Series rank: 10 of 15
Composer: dai
Score: 7.2/10 (Great)
Revised Score; 6.8/10 (Good)
VGMC History: VGMC IV (Lost R2), VGMC V (Lost R5)
Favorite Part: 0:32 - 0:40 (start listening 5-10 seconds before to see what I mean)

"Oops". I wasn't as organized as I should have been in creating my rankings at first, so this kind of slipped through the cracks. Solo piano is certainly different from the loud electronic stuff of other tracks. The piano playing is quirky in a way that it still seems to fit the series, though. Ah, it's from dai, the one who wrote Hope. Make sense. New age, a bit like the Piano Guys but more "serious", and very rhythmic. There is the cool voice leading in those piano chords, especially the parts where its contrary motion! (the first few chords, for instance) Also, the chords kind of go back and forth between open and thick chords, too. Cool. The harmonies in general are intriguing for like the first seven seconds, then the rest of the theme is kind of boring and forgettable as it repeats similar ideas. It does get imaginative at a few points, such as from 0:32 - 0:40...the pulsing here is cool, where everything gets displaced by an eighth note! Overall, its kind of a dud among the Umineko successes to me. Still enjoyable, though.

137) NieR: Automata - Amusement Park
Series rank: 5 of 5 (Drakengard)
https://youtu.be/yOo8oJlWwnU
Composer: Keigo Hoashi
Score: 7.2/10 (Great)
Revised Score: 6.9/10 (Good)
VGMC History: VGMC 12 (Lost R5)
Favorite Part: The initial buildup starting at 1:55

Apparently Drakengard is part of the NieR series! (Just kidding...April Fools joke. The opposite is true) Some of you are probably wondering, "Why hasn't Amusement Park showed up yet?" I have only one word to say: "Oops." Gotta love the NieR vocalists. (I wonder who it is?) Adding the second voice adds some richness. Yes. The main melody is...um, nice. Im liking the sparse instrumentation kind of haunting/sarcastic atmospheric stuff here, and even the airy stuff seems to have notes to them. And it gradually thickens until 2:30. There are certain piano chords I really like, for example, the diminished chords really add some flavor and intensity (2:57, 3:13 and 3:31 for example). At 3:41 I enjoy the Entry of the Gladiators reference (plus fragments of it play in other places), and the countermelody there is the one part where I have something better than neutral feelings towards the strings. The section after 1:55 (esp. 2:14) sounds like something out of a circuskinda creepy in a way. (abandoned/haunted sounds) Not too much else worth mentioning. Actually, I'd better add that 2:17 is really great! Tons of excellent harmonies there, and the singer moving (at 2:31) from E to Eb moving into the next section is really nice! (i-I-#VI-bIIM7) That alone is ALMOST enough to push it up to the "great" tier, come to think of it, but not quite!
