I'll look for those things on my next grocery run (please keep those supply lines up, truckers!). The peanut butter thing will be fantastic...love that stuff.

Also, I should have clarified, I've got 2 lbs. left to lose before I start lifting. I'm trying to hit the goal of 215 lbs. and then switch gears into more weight lifting. It might seem silly to quibble over a pound or two, but I want to make sure to finish each goal properly before moving on. If I quit before I hit a goal, did I really gain or accomplish things? Best to take it one proper step at a time, I think.
Oh, then just eat abit less calories, like 250-500 less, and do about 20 to 25 min cardio couple times a week. If you're trying to avoid running outside, do what I do. Hindu squats. 300 should be enough to start you off. Increase it as much as you can take it. You can do them in sets, and not in 1 go.
