If you want to gain that 2 pounds quick, go with a Carb > Fat > Protein

Eat a peanut butter sandwich before going to sleep as well. Add in a cup of Almond milk.

I'll look for those things on my next grocery run (please keep those supply lines up, truckers!). The peanut butter thing will be fantastic...love that stuff.

Also, I should have clarified, I've got 2 lbs. left to lose before I start lifting. I'm trying to hit the goal of 215 lbs. and then switch gears into more weight lifting. It might seem silly to quibble over a pound or two, but I want to make sure to finish each goal properly before moving on. If I quit before I hit a goal, did I really gain or accomplish things? Best to take it one proper step at a time, I think.
