Just weighed in this morning. I'm about 2 lbs. from hitting the goal, so that means I'll probably be hitting the weights this coming week.

Does anyone here have any recommendations for protein intake? A supplement or something? I don't eat red meat (I don't enjoy red meat), but do eat chicken (or poultry in general) and fish. Or is there something I might be overlooking as an option? It has been a long time since I've focused on weight lifting so I'm going to be rusty as hell.
Boiled egg whites.
Lots of nuts.
Whey protein.
Tuna, and Salmon.
Nut butters.

If you want to gain that 2 pounds quick, go with a Carb > Fat > Protein

Eat a peanut butter sandwich before going to sleep as well. Add in a cup of Almond milk.
