Anyone who thinks poor people are going to just become proactive champions of health have clearly never been poor or associated with poor people. Exercise is free and is the best preventative care one can have, but the least fit people are lower income. It's cultural. Because people don't want to go to a free walk-in clinic. People want good healthcare.
