It's a sweet sentiment, but poor (uneducated) people will still neglect their health. That's a sad reality that is often willfully ignored by the elites and wannabe intellectuals. Some people would neglect their health, but others would be able to get the testing and treatment they need. Especially for their kids. People may neglect their own health, but it's fairly rare that they ignore their children's health. And even wealthy people often neglect their health. It should help close the gap, and prevent more deaths. Especially for people who's employers don't want to pay their healthcare, so they give fewer hours so as to be under the requirement. --- This isn't funny Dean, the voice says I'm almost out of minutes! ~Alexandra ...
