Rude Buster
Silver Star Crysta Kaleido
Six Feet Thunder

I actually view both songs in match one pretty similarly. They've both got the same problem of backing/rhythm tracks that sound boring and repetitive and also tend to dominate over the song as a whole. (Dominant repetitive backing tracks aren't uniformly bad, but in these cases I don't like the groove either sets up.) However Rude Buster sprinkles on top some pretty interesting melodic lines which drive the song into the "solidly okay" range whereas Brain Power sprinkles on top empty monotone singing.

Both match 2 songs are pretty cool and I wish I could just vote for both of them. The Mighty Switch Force song I could probably describe similarly to match 1, and at the end of the day repetitiveness is probably the biggest thing holding this song back. However I like this songs groove a lot more than either of the match 1 songs. Also this one is somewhat more melody-driven and the melody line changes things up frequently enough that things are kept somewhat fresh. Silver Star Crystal Kaleido has really heckin cool vocals oh my gosh. Especially the part at 0:42. One other thing differentiating the song is that at least for me it paints a clearer atmospheric picture due to the combination of the accordion and the ethereal vocals. (Edit: Wait know these are bagpipes not accordions--wrong Celtic folk instrument...)

Not much I have to say on the TOC match.

Six Feet Thunder > Silver Star Crystal Kaleido > Invitation Flower > Love You Love You Love > Rude Buster > Brain Power
