Oh and of the 100 million people who don't vote, a significant amount of them are marginalized people who realize neither party will do a damn thing for them. He has been trying to cut social security for decades He was against desegregation He helped cause the student debt crisis. His climate plane is abysmal, it's as good as doing nothing. His admin deported countless people and built those cages, they killed civilians with drones. All 45 administrations are rotten to the core. The "best" of them who was FDR who implemented policies to enforce the status quo, his policies were only meant to help white people, he put Japanese people in camps. that's the best we've ever had. The status quo is racist, it is murderous. Voting for Joe won't do a damn thing about that. So take your moralizing and shove it up your ass. we are a one party state which has the illusion of choice, as Julius Nyerere correctly stated. Every damn administration has staged coups around the world with terrible consequences. This has laid bare that electoral politics won't change a damn thing, though it was already known i deluded myself into thinking we could do something with it. Most politicians only do good things if you force their hand, because they know the alternative is a lot worse. Slavery was not abolished, civil right were not gotten, the 40 hour work week was not gotten because of "casting a vote" Our country is extremely racist, which being an Australian you should know something about.
