Maybe Im giving Trump the benefit of the doubt here, but by pushing back the date of these lockdown measures, I think its smarter than saying America is closed until August. That would just create mass panic in this country and hoarding even worse than we saw. At least continuously pushing back the date gives Americans false hope while actually observing the gravity of the situation unfold over time. Yeah, it's definitely better to do it a month at a time. Frustrating, but better.
