if you're just going to and from each others houses it won't be an issue. you won't get arrested and as long as its not parties with a bunch of people you won't likely be coming in contract with anything....you realize not everyone lives alone, right? Person to person contact still exists. they're just trying to cut down on the typical day to day contact with people you may not know...i don't think going to your girlfriends house falls into the same category of going to a department store and trying on clothes or whatever.
