Like a sudden move from a person, or death, or whatever. You should already know you have the money, as well. Because you also normally have to pay for any problems that come up. It's not about being rich. It's being able to afford the house you bought just to make extra money. If no one moves in, they can't just cry about not having a renter. They should buy it unless they can afford it... Especially if they have more than one. If you can't afford missing rent on one of the 10 places they own and rent, maybe don't own 10 places...
