Construction Mario is literally a costume you can wear in the game when you play as Mario, thats a playable character with a spirit. the only minor thing theyd probably have to do is change the original spirits name to Ribbon Girl (something) so the new playable character spirit can just be Ribbon Girl --- For your BK_Sheikah00.
