They soft-launched it in SG a day or two ago, you could get the apk through QooApp, and yes Singapore = SEA= Asian = EN = Global, they are the same server, imagine Pokemon Master. Been having a blast with it so far, I'm not a huge fan of the Vanguard anime but I've watched it a bit. Game isn't as overly complicated as YGO/Shadowverse so it's easy to pick up and relatively mild compare to other two since all you need to win is pray that you pull a CRITICAL/STAND/HEAL/DRAW trigger lol.
