Everyone should have money, though it's not possible for everyone. If you own a house that you live it, you want to have extra money. But you might not be able to save any. But you're trying. And that's fine. Same with renting. But if you want to own 3 houses that you're paying on just to rent them out (Especially the ones that rent at much higher than they're worth), then you should be able to afford them in case nobody lives there for a month.
