I've tried calling our apartment manager to see if they will be flexible about it given the current situation and my response was that I can switch to a month to month but they need to know immediately and if I dont they will give our appartment to someone else. The law is obviously on my side at the moment but I'm trying to be reasonable and give them notice that it is hard to tell if we will need extra time or not. --- We all ate the biscuits, Fighter.
