Thats on part for most casesI just watched the video and it fell out of his hand clear as day, there is absolutely nowhere else it could have come from. And this came right after an incident where he turned the camera OFF, then back on just in time to find a "marijuana cigarette" right where nothing was prior. Internal Affairs just has a miraculous ability not to notice such things. "Well technically we only see it fall out of his hand, so we can't prove he put it in there. I'm sure clumsily re-staging it was just an effort to be even more transparent in the process!" ... Copied to Clipboard! |
