Theres almost 700,000 cops in the United States. It would be more surprising to me if none of them were dirty. That being said, these guys are in dereliction of duty, dont deserve to be cops, and should be weeded out and punished.
Additionally I wonder whose car that was or if Serrano had some priors that triggered the cops. For example, he was stabbed in the gut, that doesnt usually happen when you work at the post office. He should know better than to resist cops too when hes not holding, we all know what theyre gona do.
Ive dealt with more cops then every dude itt, proly put together, overall most were decent average people. Same as any group of people. They dont make the laws, they enforce them, so if youre mad blame those who wrote the laws too. Also you should thank the cops, because if we lived in some wild west or anarchy most of you would get victimized quickly and be helpless. Cops are the only thing protecting us from the many psychopaths in the world. No ones saying theyre perfect or changes dont need to be made.
