It's a hotel, so I get not wanting to leave people stranded... but why are those people travelling during this? Almost all the calls we get are either cancellations, or people planning a get away trip. No, this isn't the time for trips. Emergencies, sure, going home or to be with family, absolutely. Just wanting a trip to a nice "safe" town to relax, NO.
