Wuhan had a 5.8% death rate (where the hospitals were certainly overwhelmed). Last I checked South Korea (where they're doing a great job in testing) was under 1%, but it's been climbing since it takes people a while to die. But there's also the fact that 10-20% of people need to be hospitalized, and of those even the ones who survive might end up with long term health damage (they've apparently seen considerably reduced lung capacity among critical cases that fully recovered; it's unknown of course if they'll regain full capacity over time). --- Congrats to Advokaiser for winning the CBX Guru Challenge! ...
