from there i'll just sum this entire adventure of me running around town, on gondola, steadily finding items. please don't let there be a gondola mini game too. i gradually make it down to 13 and am exhausted of doing this. i also run down by the dock and a cutscene plays which basically says we're trapped until i play through a mini game oh fuck it's gondola isn't it. the girls head off with Sylvando to get some dessert and Erik clearly doesn't understand women.

it's not better than my current equipment but you can change outfits without changing equipment through some bizarre magic so whatever, i'll take it. i also make all 3 gold equips, each getting to +3 on the first try. i don't understand how a Gold Platter is supposed to be that much better than a Scale Shield but hey, maybe those monster scales just really suck. and here we are, i have found the Doge and, disappointingly, he is not a dog. if the French place was cats, how isn't this place dogs? he's literally called Doge.
