Briefly mentioned awhile back about having a mass spreadsheet of combined days for all major World titles across companies over the past several decades. I've kept up with it over the past few years, just making updates every few months, and said spreadsheet features the following championships...

All WWE world titles (WWE, WHC, Universal)
Both WCW world titles (World and International)
NWA
AWA
Ring of Honor (debatable, but I'll keep it on for now)
Impact
GFW Global
IWGP Heavyweight (both current and IGF's belt)
AEW

Unofficial reigns not included

As of today, March 13th, here is the all-time top ten for combined days
1) Verne Gagne - 4677 days
2) Bruno Sammartino - 4040 days
3) Ric Flair - 3785 days
4) Lou Thesz - 3749 days
5) Hulk Hogan - 3362 days
6) Nick Bockwinkel - 2990 days
7) Bob Backlund - 2138 days
8) Brock Lesnar - 2057 days
9) Harley Race - 1799 days
10) Kazuchika Okada - 1790 days

Also note the world champions in wrestling history to achieve less than 10 days as world champion: Stan Stasiak, James Storm, Hiroshi Hase, Mighty Igor Vodic, Dick the Bruiser, Vince Russo, Vince Steele, Vince McMahon, Tommy Rich, Rhino, Pentagon Jr, Shane Douglas, Ray Gonzalez, Finn Balor, Andre the Giant
