It's nearly impossible to hold the tournament at all because it is impossible to know who qualified. There were a dozen teams still playing meaningful games that meant they were either in or out.

Unless you give all of the "bubble teams" some sort of hokey play in tournament, how can you properly set up a tournament?

The players would also still have to be there. By May/June the seniors may have graduated.
