ended up watching 8 hours of cheska talking about her kpop experience.

sucks that she's getting some heat because of twitter threads and clickbait sites mining it for soundbites - it being 8 hours of scattershot livestreams to a small audience is important context, and i'm not just saying that because i spent 8 hours watching it (well, mostly listening to it in the background).

we only have her perspective on what went down with the fiestar members, but she's pretty clear that that's what it is, and also who cares how true it is when it's personal drama that is 6+ years old about a group that disbanded 2 years ago - just allow her to vent and take it for what it is. (the wider critique is more important, though i suppose nothing we sadly haven't heard before.)

there's some stuff about other idols that she doesn't know for a fact, but the mea culpa is usually in there somewhere, and while it's unsubstantiated, the folks arguing that it can't be true only have what they believe from the carefully managed public image and their parasocial relationship.
