I have that Emma girl use arts sometime but crafts just feel more effective. in the cold steel games crafts are easily spammable, and the in the case of 1 and 2 you can just use delay on 2 users to break virtually every encounter in the game. Emma, Jusis, and Alisa can hit pretty hard with the right master quartz setups and arts support with their bond links but it's like a billion times easier to just melee the shit out of everything with rean, fie, laura, and Alisa as a cp battery ...
