I think they were hoping itd be close to an even split where they could justify it, but barring a bombshell or a big shift, Bernie is looking poised to kinda run away with it. If he wins or takes a close second in South Carolina, then takes Cali and Texas on Super Tuesday, its curtains and the Dems will need to start closing ranks around him. Tonights debate is likely Bloombergs last shot to gun Bernie down.
