Small 3-5 person crews battling it out. There would be a massive survivor series tournament at the end of each year for the One Piece crew title, and a Cibernetico among captains for the King of Pirates title. There would also be an Emporer title and Grand Line single and tag team titles. And a special Davy Back stipulation where crews could steal members from each other.
