Topic	What is your favourite classic Star Trek film?

What are the issues most people have with this film? I thought a rogue Vulcan being the main villain who wanted to find God was an interesting idea. "What does God need with a Starship?" Pretty much sums up the entire movie in a pre-Q trek universe. They never really explained what that thing was either.
