| Pogo_Marimo 02/20/20 7:11:33 PM #11: | Part 6 felt like the author knew he was getting too stuck in his habits but didn't know how to diversify the story arcs better. Admirable at least to try the female protag and prison setting, but it felt like the "history" of the series was a lead weight around the series' foot. With the reset, even if it was janky and confusing, it opened Hiroki up to some more creative ways of telling the types of story he wants to tell. Part 7 starts a little weak imo but once the Stands get reintroduced it really starts to pickup. I think it's one of the best. Part 8 has been really cool as well, with the story revolving around a few supernatural mysteries that slowly unveil themselves the the reader. --- I presume my time here in my darkblack dragondark steel-obliterating solitude has come to its end as well. http://www.last.fm/user/Pogo92 ...
