Don't post in this one until the first hits 500 please

Firstly:
This competition is not officially sponsored by GameFAQs or CBS Interactive and monetary rewards have been provided by me.

NORMAL RULES
-Normal rules apply (specifically, no rallying or editing posts at all)
-Two users will start in the ring, and one will be added every half hour (as close to :00 and :30 as possible) until all have entered.
-Users are eliminated at 0HP, unless they skin the cat (see below).
-You may hurt one person in the ring per entry period. (NB: That's per entrant, not "wait half an hour." If the next entrant enters at 4:00, you can hurt at 3:59 and then again at 4:01.)
-You may not hurt the same user in consecutive periods, unless one of them is your extra hurt (see below) you must either hurt somebody else or wait for a period.
-Once all users have entered, you must wait half an hour from your previous vote before voting again, and an hour before hurting the same person. Extra hurts still bypass both of these rules.
-If for some reason an entry is more than 5 minutes late, consider the Rumble "paused" until further notice.
-The last entrant standing will be the 2020 B8 RUMBLE CHAMPION and receive a 50 USD prize!

EXTRA HP BASED ON ENTRY NUMBER
Extra points are given to earlier competitors in order to give them more of a fighting chance.

Entrants 1-2 will start on 15HP
Entrants 3-10 will start on 14HP
Entrants 11-15 will start on 13HP
Entrants 16-20 will start on 12HP
Entrants 21-30 will start on 11HP
Entrants 31-35 will start on 10HP

All previous rules still apply.

EXTRA RULES FOR PARTICIPANTS
-If you are in the ring and your vote is the one to eliminate a contestant, you get +1 HP. You may go above your starting HP in this fashion.
-All participants have one "extra hurt" that may only be used while that participant is in the ring. You may use it at any time (as long as you are in the ring), and it counts towards neither how often you can vote or how often you can vote the same person. (So in period one, I could hurt Tom. In 2, I could hurt Football and use my EXTRA hurt on Tom. In 3, it's been two periods, so I can regular hurt Tom again. tl;dr: the extra hurt is unaffected by rule 4.)

SKINNING THE CAT
-Entrants have the ability to "skin the cat", ie, hold on to the proverbial ropes to prevent elimination.
-If eliminated, you have 5 minutes to post on xx:xx:00. However, you will have only ONE attempt at this, so time your attempt carefully. You must make it clear in your post that you are skinning the cat (saying "STC" will accomplish this. This also prevents somebody from missing their STC chance by posting accidentally or not seeing the post that eliminated them).
-If you successfully skin the cat you will return to the Rumble with 2HP.
-If you are at 1hp and somebody uses their double hurt on you, you are eliminated automatically and rendered unable to skin the cat.
-If you eliminate someone while in the Rumble without using your double-hurt, you don't get the bonus point until either the 5-minute "skin the cat" period passes or they fail in their skin-the-cat attempt.
-You may only skin the cat ONCE.

SCOREBOARD EXPLAINED

Later in the Rumble the scoring can start to appear somewhat complicated, so here's a handy guide to explain.

KEY
+ - One of these for every extra point the superstar has earned via eliminations
STC - Indicates the superstar has already Skinned the Cat
X - that superstar has used their extra hurt

So let's take this hypothetical example, looking only at three entrants.

#30 UCA_Hype_Guy - 10
#29 ++WotRMerchLawyer - 9 (XIII, Apollo, david)
X28 +TimeCop- 2 (Tom, Stifled, eaed, Tom, eddv, Stifled, GTM, DP, david, ExTha, Sultan) - STC

UCA_Hype_Guy has just entered at #30. He has no hurts and is starting with 10HP, has not used his extra hurt, has not eliminated anybody, and has not skinned the cat.
WotRMerchLawyer has eliminated two people, so he has two "+" symbols. However, he has been hurt three times. He started on 10, gets a bonus point each for his two eliminations, and was then hurt three times, putting him on 9HP.
TimeCop has used his extra hurt; the "#" symbol has turned into an "X". He has scored one elimination, as you can see by the "+", which would give him an extra HP. But he has been hurt 11 times, as seen by the names in brackets, putting him on 0 points. This would normally mean elimination. However, he has skinned the cat, as you can see by the "STC". So he has re-entered the Rumble with two points.

Hopefully this helps to explain how the scoreboard will be formatted.
