WOW does no one, I repeat absolutely everyone forget we have more then just verbal communication? Body language is a form of communication.
Facial expressions, body positioning, gestures, even breathing is a form of physical communication.

The video like most sexual consent educationals is forgetting non-verbal communication. Non-verbal communication needs to be taught as part of sexual advances as well, not just spoken permission.
As for unconscious people, unless its your girlfriend/wife I wouldnt do that unless you specifically outlined this scenario to them earlier and got permission (then this becomes a lot of fun :)

Body language means the opposite in some cultures like the ok hand gesture means the opposite whereas verbal communication means the same thing in all cultures. So verbal is always the right way to go and safe words are a waste of time, ironically it's less safe having safe words since you could forget.
